POSITION SUMMARY Reporting to the Specialty Restaurant Manager, the role will be part of the AB Restaurant team, proud to engage our guests and to create exquisite moments. Serve food courses and alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages to guests. Answer questions on menu selections. Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, the length of wait, recook orders, and product availability. Follow cycle time guidelines for all meals. Inspect the cleanliness and presentation all chinaware, glassware, and silverware prior to use. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of assigned tables including ensuring courses are cleared and tables are properly crumbed. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications.
