La posizione è fortemente orientata allo sviluppo di nuovo business e alla gestione dell'intero ciclo di vendita di sistemi medicali ad elevata innovazione e complessità tecnologica. Responsibilities - Identificare e mappare le strutture sanitarie pubbliche e private con potenziale di adozione della tecnologia. - Costruire e gestire una pipeline strutturata di opportunità commerciali. - Individuare e sviluppare relazioni con Key Opinion Leader (KOL), chirurghi, direzioni sanitarie e uffici acquisti. - Presidiare tutte le fasi del processo di vendita: dalla generazione dell'opportunità alla qualificazione del bisogno clinico ed economico, dalla presentazione tecnico-commerciale alla negoziazione e chiusura del contratto. - Coordinare demo, trial clinici e sessioni di valutazione della tecnologia in collaborazione con il team clinico-applicativo. - Gestire trattative complesse che coinvolgono molteplici stakeholder, tra cui procurement, direzione sanitaria, direzione generale e ingegneria clinica. - Supportare i processi di gara pubblica e le procedure di acquisto ospedaliero. - Costruire relazioni di lungo periodo con i clienti acquisiti, promuovendo fidelizzazione, ampliamento dell'utilizzo della tecnologia e ulteriori opportunità di business. - Rappresentare il principale punto di riferimento per il cliente durante tutto il ciclo di vita della relazione commerciale. - Fornire feedback di mercato a supporto delle decisioni relative a prodotto, pricing e strategie go-to-market. - Collaborare con il Product Marketing Manager nella definizione delle strategie commerciali della linea. - Monitorare il posizionamento competitivo e l'evoluzione del mercato della chirurgia robotica. Your Profile Requisiti Richiesti: - Esperienza consolidata di 5-8 anni o superiore in ruoli commerciali dedicati alla vendita di tecnologie medicali complesse. - Comprovata esperienza nella vendita di robotica chirurgica o di tecnologie ad elevata complessità quali capital equipment medicale, imaging avanzato, sale operatorie integrate o soluzioni assimilabili. - Solida conoscenza delle dinamiche di acquisto in ambito ospedaliero pubblico e privato. - Track record dimostrabile nella gestione di trattative complesse e cicli di vendita lunghi tipici del mercato capital equipment. - Capacità di interagire efficacemente con interlocutori clinici, tecnici ed economico-finanziari. - Esperienza nella gestione di processi decisionali multi-stakeholder. - Forte attitudine consulenziale nella vendita di soluzioni tecnologiche innovative e ad alto impatto clinico. - Spiccato orientamento allo sviluppo di nuovo business e all'apertura di nuovi mercati. - Elevata autonomia operativa, spirito imprenditoriale e capacità di operare efficacemente in contesti di lancio prodotto e nuove linee di business. - Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese. - Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte sul territorio nazionale Per esigenze organizzative legate alla gestione del territorio assegnato e all'elevata frequenza delle trasferte, sarà considerata preferenziale la residenza o il domicilio nell'area di Milano o Bologna.
