SCOPE OF WORK The Multi-Property Director of Sales is accountable for the overall commercial performance of both hotels by: - Achieving revenue, market share, booking pace, and profitability objectives. - Developing and executing integrated sales, distribution, and commercial strategies aligned with Marriott International and brand priorities. - Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities to drive sustainable revenue growth. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, ownership, business partners, and Marriott stakeholders. - Maximizing hotel visibility and market positioning through strategic account management and business development initiatives. - Driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term value through exceptional commercial leadership. - Leading, developing, and inspiring Sales, Groups & Events, and Reservations teams across both properties. - Ensuring commercial discipline, financial stewardship, and compliance with Marriott standards, policies, and procedures.
