Injob Hospitality, divisione per il turismo e la ristorazione, seleziona per un prestigioso hotel 5 stelle situato nel cuore di Venezia, un Manutentore qualificato da inserire nel reparto tecnico della struttura. La risorsa contribuirà in modo determinante al mantenimento degli elevati standard qualitativi, estetici e funzionali richiesti da una clientela di alto profilo, garantendo sicurezza, efficienza e comfort in un contesto storico e architettonico di eccellenza. Principali responsabilità: - Esecuzione di interventi di manutenzione ordinaria su camere, suite, aree comuni e back of house. - Manutenzione e controllo di impianti elettrici, idraulici, di climatizzazione e riscaldamento, nel rispetto delle caratteristiche strutturali di edifici storici. - Monitoraggio preventivo degli impianti e risoluzione tempestiva di guasti o anomalie. - Gestione delle segnalazioni tecniche con rapidità, precisione e discrezione. - Coordinamento e supporto alle ditte esterne durante interventi straordinari e programmati. - Applicazione rigorosa delle normative di sicurezza, salute e tutela del patrimonio architettonico, proprie di una struttura 5 stelle. Requisiti richiesti: - Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di manutentore, preferibilmente in hotel 5 stelle o strutture di lusso. - Solide competenze in ambito elettrico, idraulico e manutenzione generale. - Capacità di operare in autonomia. - Elevato senso di responsabilità, affidabilità e attenzione ai dettagli. - Flessibilità oraria e disponibilità a turni, inclusi weekend e festivi. Titoli preferenziali: - Diploma tecnico o qualifica professionale. - Certificazioni tecniche e/o di sicurezza. - Esperienza in strutture storiche o contesti vincolati. - Familiarità con le esigenze operative di un hotel di lusso a forte affluenza internazionale.
