| The Dev Manager is an experienced software development professional with a strong passion for technology and a proven track record. The ideal candidate has progressed from roles such as programmer or software architect and has managed teams involved in the full software development lifecycle for enterprise-class software products delivered as standard packages. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, the primary responsibility will be to drive the system development of company's software enhancements. This includes supporting platform implementations aligned with the company product roadmap, overseeing customer implementations, and developing change requests to ensure harmony within the standard products.
