Maintain awareness of anti-money laundering requirements and promptly identify and report any suspicious activity in accordance with established procedures. Complete all relevant compliance documentation and mandatory AML-related training. Support administrative, clerical and reception activities contributing to the efficient operation of the Rome office. Participate in customer presentations, service activities and internal training programmes. Perform additional responsibilities as required. Requirements University degree. At least 2 years of professional experience within a bank, financial institution or similar financial services environment . Previous experience with retail banking products and services is highly desirable. Knowledge of regulations relating to banking accounts, financial services, confidentiality and lending, or a strong willingness to develop expertise in these areas. Good command of Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new applications and digital tools. Fluency in both English and Italian, written and spoken, is essential.
