L'obiettivo principale sarà garantire la solidità dei processi amministrativo-contabili, sviluppare gli strumenti di controllo di gestione e supportare la pianificazione economico-finanziaria dell'azienda. Principali responsabilità: - Supervisione delle attività amministrative, contabili e fiscali. - Coordinamento e sviluppo del team amministrativo. - Predisposizione di budget, forecast e business plan. - Analisi della marginalità delle commesse e monitoraggio dei KPI economico-finanziari. - Elaborazione della reportistica direzionale per General Manager e Proprietà. - Gestione della pianificazione finanziaria e dei flussi di cassa. - Monitoraggio del capitale circolante e ottimizzazione della posizione finanziaria. - Relazione con consulenti esterni, istituti di credito, revisori e stakeholder finanziari. - Supporto all'implementazione e miglioramento dei processi di controllo e reporting. - Garanzia della corretta applicazione delle normative contabili e fiscali. - Laurea in discipline economiche o affini. - Esperienza consolidata in ruoli di Finance Manager, Responsabile AFC o Controllo di Gestione. - Provenienza preferibile da realtà imprenditoriali, PMI o contesti non eccessivamente strutturati. - Solide competenze in controllo di gestione, pianificazione finanziaria e amministrazione. - Capacità di operare sia a livello strategico sia operativo. - Leadership, spirito imprenditoriale e predisposizione a lavorare in contesti dinamici e in evoluzione. - Forte orientamento al business e alla collaborazione con il management. La risorsa sarà un punto di raccordo tra amministrazione, operation, sales e gestione del personale, supportando il General Manager nelle attività quotidiane e nei progetti di miglioramento organizzativo.
