Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Security Manager manages the daily functions of the security/loss prevention department and focuses on ensuring guest and associate satisfaction while achieving the operating budget and maximizing the financial performance of the department. In una fase di crescita e strutturazione delle operations, ricerca una figura che presidii e coordini i processi di approvvigionamento, logistica e programmazione. Responsibilities Il Procurement, Planning & Scheduling Manager risponde direttamente alla Direzione Operations e ha la responsabilità della gestione operativa degli acquisti, del controllo dei flussi logistici internazionali e della programmazione degli ordini e della produzione. La figura opera in stretto coordinamento con le aree Commerciale, Customer Service ed Engineering. Acquisti: - Gestione operativa degli ordini di acquisto verso il parco fornitori internazionale (Europa, USA, Asia). - Monitoraggio delle conferme d'ordine, dei lead time e dello stato di avanzamento delle forniture. - Applicazione delle condizioni contrattuali in essere; interfaccia con i fornitori per la risoluzione di criticità. - Analisi e confronto tra dati di domanda, storico e disponibilità per ottimizzare la programmazione degli acquisti. Logistica & Tracking - Coordinamento dei flussi logistici di import, con monitoraggio end-to-end delle spedizioni internazionali. - Gestione dei rapporti con spedizionieri e vettori; controllo della documentazione doganale. - Presidio dell'OTD (On Time Delivery) come KPI principale di funzione. Planning & Scheduling - Schedulazione degli ordini di acquisto e dei trasporti sulla base dei dati di domanda e dei lead time fornitori. - Supporto alla pianificazione dei carichi di lavoro sulle linee di assemblaggio, in collaborazione con Engineering. - Utilizzo del sistema ERP aziendale (con modulo MRP integrato) per la gestione e il controllo dei flussi. Your Profile - Esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni in ruoli analoghi in contesti manifatturieri di medie dimensioni. - Conoscenza dei processi di acquisto operativo e di logistica internazionale (import extra-UE, gestione container e spedizionieri). - Utilizzo di sistemi ERP con modulo MRP; buona capacità di analisi e gestione dati. - Inglese fluente, indispensabile per l'operatività quotidiana con fornitori e referenti internazionali. - Diploma tecnico o laurea in discipline economiche, gestionali o ingegneristiche. - Precisione, autonomia operativa e capacità di lavorare per priorità in un contesto dinamico.INQUADRAMENTO: Ccnl Metalmeccanico 7 livello.
