| - Garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di fatturato, marginalità e produttività del punto vendita. - Coordinare e sviluppare il personale, gestendo turnazioni, ferie e organizzazione delle attività operative. - Monitorare i principali KPI commerciali ed economici, individuando azioni correttive e di miglioramento. - Assicurare la corretta applicazione delle politiche commerciali e promozionali aziendali. - Gestire gli assortimenti e supervisionare il corretto approvvigionamento delle merci. - Controllare i livelli di stock e minimizzare differenze inventariali e sprechi. - Garantire elevati standard di esposizione, merchandising e customer experience. - Assicurare il rispetto delle normative in materia di sicurezza, igiene, HACCP e salute sul lavoro. - Promuovere un clima di lavoro positivo, orientato alla collaborazione e al raggiungimento dei risultati. - Diploma o Laurea, preferibilmente ad indirizzo economico o gestionale. - Esperienza consolidata di almeno 3-5 anni nel ruolo di Direttore di Punto Vendita o Store Manager all'interno della GDO. - Esperienza nella gestione di team numerosi e strutturati. - Conoscenza dei principali indicatori economici e commerciali del retail. - Ottime capacità di leadership, organizzazione e problem solving. - Forte orientamento ai risultati e alla soddisfazione del cliente. - Buona conoscenza degli strumenti informatici e dei sistemi gestionali di punto vendita. - Disponibilità a lavorare su turni e nei giorni festivi secondo le esigenze operative. La risorsa avrà la responsabilità della gestione completa del punto vendita, garantendo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi economici, commerciali e organizzativi assegnati dall'azienda. Sarà il punto di riferimento per il team di collaboratori e assicurerà elevati standard di servizio alla clientela, nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali. Ottima opportunità di carriera.
