La figura ricercata si occuperà di: - gestione di fornitori e clienti, con registrazione delle fatture passive; - gestione delle dichiarazioni d'intento; - registrazione delle fatture di anticipo e delle ritenute d'acconto; - registrazione di incassi e pagamenti; - monitoraggio dei flussi di cassa; - presentazione Ri.Ba.; - riconciliazioni bancarie e gestione della cassa; - gestione della contabilità fino alla predisposizione del bilancio; - registrazione cespiti e scritture di assestamento e di fine esercizio; - verifica dei saldi patrimoniali; - predisposizione del libro cespiti, del libro giornale e del libro inventari; - supporto ai revisori e ai consulenti; - tenuta dei registri IVA; - supporto al commercialista per gli adempimenti fiscali, tra cui Intrastat, LIPE, dichiarazione IVA e dichiarazioni CONAI; - supporto al Controllo di Gestione nella predisposizione di report periodici di natura economica e finanziaria. Competenze richieste: - esperienza pregressa in un ruolo analogo; - buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici, in particolare Excel e DocFinance; - precisione, affidabilità, motivazione e proattività; - flessibilità operativa; - predisposizione al lavoro in team e orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi. Requisiti: - diploma o laurea in discipline economiche/commerciali; - conoscenza base della lingua inglese; - disponibilità al lavoro full time.
