Profilo Per supportare l'attivita di una professionista consulente finanziaria BNL BNP Paribas, siamo alla ricerca di una Assistente di Segreteria precisa, organizzata e affidabile, che rappresenti un importante punto di riferimento nella gestione quotidiana dello studio e nelle relazioni con la clientela. La risorsa si occupera di attivita di segreteria, organizzazione e gestione delle informazioni, contribuendo a garantire un servizio professionale, puntuale e attento alle esigenze dei clienti. Responsabilita La persona inserita si occupera principalmente di: Gestione dell'agenda e organizzazione degli appuntamenti con i clienti; Accoglienza e assistenza della clientela, sia telefonica sia via e-mail; Gestione delle comunicazioni in entrata e in uscita; Risposta alle richieste dei clienti, fornendo un primo supporto e indirizzando le richieste alla professionista quando necessario; Gestione e aggiornamento dell'anagrafica clienti e dei relativi dati; Archiviazione e organizzazione della documentazione Gestione e trattamento di dati riservati e sensibili, con particolare attenzione alla privacy e alla riservatezza delle informazioni; Skill e Professionalita Ottime capacita organizzative e attenzione ai dettagli; Precisione, affidabilita e senso di responsabilita; Buone capacita comunicative, sia scritte sia verbali; Approccio empatico e orientato al cliente; Capacita di ascolto e di gestione delle richieste con discrezione e professionalita; Attitudine al problem solving e capacita di trovare soluzioni in autonomia; Riservatezza e particolare attenzione nella gestione di informazioni e dati confidenziali; Buona dimestichezza con il PC, la posta elettronica e i principali strumenti di Office Informazioni retributive Inserimento in un contesto professionale, dinamico e orientato alla qualita del servizio; Affiancamento iniziale e inserimento graduale nelle attivita; Possibilita di valutare sia un rapporto full-time sia part-time, in funzione delle esigenze della candidata e dello studio; Contratto iniziale a tempo determinato finalizzato all'assunzione a tempo indeterminato; Inquadramento secondo CCNL Commercio, 4° o 5° livello, da definire in base all'esperienza e al livello di professionalita della risorsa. For our client, single family office of a primary italian family, we are looking for: INVESTMENT SPECIALIST They will be directly involved in evaluation, underwriting and execution of investments in Private Markets (mainly Real Estate and Private Equity) and Public Markets (equity, fixed income & structured products).
