Il ruolo e' adatto anche a persone alla prima esperienza nel settore, interessate a imparare e a crescere professionalmente in un contesto organizzato.La risorsa svolgera attivita operative di supporto al servizio, occupandosi della preparazione e sistemazione dei tavoli, del riordino e della pulizia delle aree di lavoro, dell'assistenza al personale di sala e cucina e del rifornimento delle scorte.
