Responsabilità La risorsa, riportando al Responsabile Operativo, si occuperà di: - Gestire un portafoglio di circa 200-300 impianti prevalentemente in ambito residenziale e condominiale. - Elaborare preventivi per attività ordinarie e straordinarie, monitorandone costi e risultati, con il supporto interno. - Organizzare, coordinare e supervisionare le attività di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria degli impianti. - Definire e monitorare i piani di manutenzione preventiva. - Gestire guasti, criticità tecniche e richieste di intervento. - Coordinare direttamente un Assistente di Commessa e una squadra composta da tecnici manutentori idraulici specializzati e fornitori esterni. - Pianificare le attività operative delle maestranze interne e dei subappaltatori. - Effettuare sopralluoghi tecnici e confrontarsi con amministratori di condominio e clienti finali. - Monitorare l'andamento dei contratti e dei consumi energetici degli impianti affidati. - Gestire la documentazione tecnica e gli adempimenti normativi relativi agli impianti. - Collaborare con le funzioni tecniche e commerciali per garantire la corretta esecuzione dei servizi e delle attività straordinarie. Profilo Cerchiamo una figura con solida esperienza termotecnica ed idraulica e nella gestione di commesse tecniche in ambito impiantistico, termotecnico, HVAC. Requisiti richiesti - Diploma tecnico, preferibilmente come Perito Termotecnico, Termoidraulico. - Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nella gestione di commesse di manutenzione impiantistica. - Conoscenza degli impianti termici, idraulici, energetici e dei principali sistemi HVAC. - Esperienza operativa su manutenzioni ordinarie e straordinarie. - Capacità di elaborare preventivi, valutazioni economiche e monitorare la marginalità delle commesse. - Esperienza nel coordinamento di squadre operative e fornitori esterni. - Buona capacità di relazione con clienti e amministratori di condominio. - Disponibilità a frequenti spostamenti sul territorio.
