Per importante azienda cliente operante nel settore Gomma Plastica, ricerchiamo un/a Commerciale Estero con ottima conoscenza della lingua tedesca. La risorsa si occuperà dello sviluppo del portafoglio clienti e della gestione dei mercati internazionali di riferimento.
La ricerca è aperta sia a profili Senior con esperienza consolidata nel ruolo, sia a figure Junior in età di apprendistato motivate a intraprendere un percorso di crescita professionale.
Principali Responsabilità:
- Gestione e assistenza quotidiana del pacchetto clienti già acquisito.
- Fidelizzazione e mantenimento delle relazioni commerciali nel tempo.
- Sviluppo del business attraverso l'acquisizione di nuovi clienti sul mercato estero.
- Predisposizione di offerte commerciali e negoziazione delle condizioni di vendita.
- Partecipazione a fiere di settore e trasferte estere di breve durata (circa 5-6 volte all'anno).
Requisiti
Requisiti Richiesti:
- Competenze linguistiche: Ottima conoscenza (fluente/madrelingua) della lingua Tedesca (requisito principale). È richiesta inoltre la conoscenza della lingua Inglese e della lingua Francese.
- Esperienza: Gradita precedente esperienza nella mansione (preferibilmente nel settore gomma plastica o contesti industriali), ma si valutano anche profili Junior.
- Competenze trasversali: Forti capacità relazionali, doti comunicative e spiccata determinazione nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi commerciali.
- Flessibilità: Disponibilità a trasferte all'estero e partecipazione a fiere internazionali.
- Logistica: Residenza nelle province di Firenze, Prato o Pisa; essere automuniti.
Cosa Offriamo:
- Inquadramento: Contratto finalizzato all'inserimento a tempo indeterminato.
- Trattamento economico: Applicazione del CCNL Industria Plastica e Gomma. Per profili con esperienza si offre un Livello F (retribuzione indicativa € 1.400 - € 1.500 netti). Per i profili Junior/Apprendistato l'inquadramento di partenza sarà riproporzionato in base all'esperienza.

We are open to considering both recent graduates with a strong technical background and experienced professionals, depending on their skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.
We are looking for a General Services Maintenance Engineer to join the Central Construction Facility Services team and support the reliable, safe, and efficient operation of the site's non-manufacturing infrastructure. In this role, you will oversee building services, fire protection systems, water systems, preventive maintenance, contractor activities, and facility improvements. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure technical excellence, compliance, safety, and continuous improvement across the site.
Responsibilities
The candidate will be directly responsible for:
- Overseeing the routine testing, certification, and preventive maintenance of fire detection, alarm, and automated fire suppression systems.
- Ensuring compliance with local and international fire safety regulations, maintaining accurate documentation and supporting authority inspections and audits.

Managing the maintenance, chemical dosing, and testing of domestic and drinking water systems in line with health and anti-legionella requirements.
- Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office lighting, secondary electrical distribution, plumbing, civil infrastructure, and building services.
- Supporting space management activities, including office relocations, layout modifications, and furniture and equipment logistics.
- Coordinating and supervising external contractors and service providers to ensure maintenance activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to agreed standards.
- Developing, tracking, and executing preventive maintenance schedules through computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Supporting internal technicians and external contractors through a collaborative and coaching-oriented approach.
- Ensuring facility maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with Risk Assessments, Method Statements (RAMS), and Permit-to-Work procedures.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, including energy efficiency, water reduction, infrastructure optimization, and improved maintenance processes.
Your Profile
The Company will consider applicants that meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience in facilities engineering, maintenance, building services, fire protection systems, utilities, or technical project management is an advantage.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance, facility utilities, contractor management, and health & safety practices is considered an asset.
- Local Electrical Wireman Licenses (A and B) will be considered a distinct advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, contractors, and external service providers.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong motivation to learn, develop technical expertise, and contribute to continuous improvement in a dynamic industrial environment.
