Ingegnere Chimico
Atempo spa - agenzia per il lavoro - filiale di Gallarate (VA) ricerca per cliente operante nel settore delle materie plastiche con sede a Mornago (VA) un/a Ingegnere Chimico da inserire in organico.
La risorsa, inserita direttamente all'interno dello stabilimento produttivo e affiancando il Responsabile di Produzione, svolgerà un ruolo trasversale e dinamico di coordinamento e supporto alle attività tecnico-operative.
L'obiettivo del percorso è sviluppare una figura chiave in grado di monitorare i processi, analizzare le performance e garantire il coordinamento tra la produzione e le altre funzioni aziendali.
Nello specifico si occuperà di:
- Coordinamento e supervisione: Gestione operativa degli addetti al controllo qualità e, al bisogno, supporto nel coordinamento degli operatori di produzione.
- Supporto alla Direzione di Stabilimento: Assistenza quotidiana al Responsabile di Produzione nella definizione delle priorità, pianificazione operativa e gestione delle criticità.
- Production Controlling & Dati: Raccolta, analisi e monitoraggio dei dati di produzione e dei KPI di processo.
- Innovazione di Processo: Supporto nell'avviamento e gestione di nuovi impianti, processi tecnologici e materiali.
- Interfaccia Aziendale: Monitoraggio delle attività assegnate e raccordo costante con le diverse funzioni aziendali (Qualità, R&D, Logistica, Manutenzione).
Si richiede:
- Titolo di studio Laurea in Ingegneria Chimica, Ingegneria dei Materiali, Scienze dei Materiali, Chimica;
- Prima esperienza, anche breve, maturata in contesti industriali, produttivi o nel controllo qualità;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
L'azienda offre:
- contratto a scopo assuntivo;
- fascia di retribuzione Annua Lorda tra 27.000 € - 33.000 €, commisurata alla effettiva esperienza;
- Ccnl Gomma Plastica – 13 mensilità;
- orario di lavoro: dal lunedì al venerdì, 8:00 – 17:00, con flessibilità da concordare in funzione delle esigenze aziendali.

We are looking for a General Services Maintenance Engineer to join the Central Construction Facility Services team and support the reliable, safe, and efficient operation of the site's non-manufacturing infrastructure. In this role, you will oversee building services, fire protection systems, water systems, preventive maintenance, contractor activities, and facility improvements. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure technical excellence, compliance, safety, and continuous improvement across the site.
Responsibilities
The candidate will be directly responsible for:
- Overseeing the routine testing, certification, and preventive maintenance of fire detection, alarm, and automated fire suppression systems.
- Ensuring compliance with local and international fire safety regulations, maintaining accurate documentation and supporting authority inspections and audits.

Managing the maintenance, chemical dosing, and testing of domestic and drinking water systems in line with health and anti-legionella requirements.
- Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office lighting, secondary electrical distribution, plumbing, civil infrastructure, and building services.
- Supporting space management activities, including office relocations, layout modifications, and furniture and equipment logistics.
- Coordinating and supervising external contractors and service providers to ensure maintenance activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to agreed standards.
- Developing, tracking, and executing preventive maintenance schedules through computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Supporting internal technicians and external contractors through a collaborative and coaching-oriented approach.
- Ensuring facility maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with Risk Assessments, Method Statements (RAMS), and Permit-to-Work procedures.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, including energy efficiency, water reduction, infrastructure optimization, and improved maintenance processes.
Your Profile
The Company will consider applicants that meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience in facilities engineering, maintenance, building services, fire protection systems, utilities, or technical project management is an advantage.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance, facility utilities, contractor management, and health & safety practices is considered an asset.
- Local Electrical Wireman Licenses (A and B) will be considered a distinct advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, contractors, and external service providers.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong motivation to learn, develop technical expertise, and contribute to continuous improvement in a dynamic industrial environment.
