SENIOR COST CONTROLLER - REAL ESTATE
La risorsa, a diretto riporto del CFO Italy, entrerà a far parte di una struttura in fase di crescita e avrà un ruolo chiave nel supportare il business, garantendo il monitoraggio economico-finanziario delle iniziative, la qualità dei dati e la corretta reportistica a supporto del management.
Responsibilities
La figura sarà responsabile per le seguenti attività:
- Monitoraggio e controllo dei budget di progetto , con particolare focus sull'analisi degli scostamenti tra dati actual e forecast;
- Analisi e monitoraggio dei costi di progetto , dei CAPEX e dello stato di avanzamento delle attività;
- Predisposizione di reportistica periodica , dashboard gestionali e analisi economico-finanziarie a supporto del management;
- Monitoraggio dei costi per fornitore , verifica dell'avanzamento delle attività e supporto alle funzioni operative nella gestione economica dei progetti;
- Supporto ai processi di business planning, budgeting e forecasting ;
- Interfaccia con consulenti esterni , valutatori indipendenti e stakeholder coinvolti nei processi di analisi e valorizzazione degli investimenti;
- Analisi della documentazione contrattuale e supporto al CFO nella ricostruzione di dati e flussi informativi;
- Contributo all' implementazione di nuovi processi di controllo , reporting e sistemi gestionali.
Your Profile
- Esperienza di 5-8 anni maturata in ruoli di Cost Controller, Project Controller, Investment Controller o Financial Controller all'interno di realtà attive in ambito Real Estate (SGR immobiliari, fondi immobiliari, società di sviluppo immobiliare o società di revisione specializzate nel settore);
- Solida conoscenza delle dinamiche di controllo costi, budgeting, forecasting, business planning e reporting;
- Ottima conoscenza di Excel e familiarità con sistemi ERP e strumenti di reporting;
- Inglese fluente, sia scritto che parlato;
- Forte senso di ownership, autonomia operativa, precisione e capacità di lavorare in contesti dinamici e in evoluzione.
Sede: Milano (smart-working 1 giorno a settimana)
Inquadramento: CCNL Commercio, Livello Quadro, RAL 55.000€ - 75.000€

Senior Property ManagerNew!
For our client, a leading international logistics real estate investor , developer, and asset manager, with a consolidated presence in Italy, we are currently looking for a:
SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER
The candidate will join the Italian Asset & Property Management team and reporting directly to the Head of, they will play a key role in the operational, technical, financial and commercial management of a portfolio of logistics assets across Italy.
In addition to directly managing assigned properties, the successful candidate will act as a senior reference point within the Property Management team, contributing best practices, supporting operational excellence and helping to elevate service standards across the portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for the financial, administrative and technical management of a portfolio of logistics and industrial assets;
- Management of tenant relationships, lease administration, service charge reconciliations and financial reporting;
- Preparation and control of OPEX/CAPEX budgets, ensuring alignment with asset strategies and business plans;
- Supervision of maintenance activities , refurbishment projects, contractors and external service providers;

Support Asset Management through performance monitoring, KPI reporting, ESG initiatives, asset enhancement projects and continuous improvement activities across the portfolio.
Your Profile

7+ years of experience in Property Management, Facility Management or similar roles within real estate environments (preferably industrial & logistic);

Proven track record in managing multiple assets, including tenant relationships, budgets, maintenance activities and overall operational performance;

Strong knowledge of property administration, lease management, service charges, financial reporting, OPEX/CAPEX management and landlord-tenant relationships;

Solid technical background, with experience in building systems, maintenance, refurbishment projects, contractor management, procurement activities and property management platforms such as Yardi or similar tools;

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, strong client-oriented mindset;

English fluent .

Compensation package: €60,000 fixed salary plus target bonus (up to 30%), CCNL Commercio, Livello Quadro.

ASSET MANAGER
The candidate will join the Italian Asset Management team and, reporting directly to the Head of Asset Management, will be responsible for maximizing the value, performance and long-term profitability of a portfolio of logistics assets across Italy.
Acting as the key owner of the assigned assets, the successful candidate will drive asset-level business plans, leasing strategies, value creation initiatives and capital investments , while coordinating internal and external stakeholders to optimize financial, technical and operational performance in line with the company's investment objectives.
Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for the execution of asset business plans , driving value creation, occupancy optimization and income growth across the portfolio;
- Preparation and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, business plans and asset performance analyses;
- Definition and implementation of leasing strategies , managing key tenant relationships and supporting lease negotiations and renewals;
- Oversight of CAPEX programmes, refurbishment projects and technical initiatives , ensuring alignment with asset strategy, budgets and timelines;
- Coordination of internal and external stakeholders while supporting acquisitions, disposals, ESG initiatives and senior management reporting .
Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience in Asset Management, Investment Management or similar roles within logistics, industrial or commercial real estate;
- Proven track record in asset business planning, leasing strategies, value creation initiatives and portfolio performance management;
- Strong financial and analytical skills , including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow modelling, valuations and investment analysis;
- Solid exposure to technical asset management , CAPEX planning, refurbishment projects and building lifecycle management;
