About the role The Four Seasons Hotel Firenze seeks a talented Manager in Training for our F&B Division. As a Manager in Training (MIT) ? Food & Beverage, you will rotate across multiple Food & Beverage outlets and departments, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the operation while developing your leadership skills and building a strong foundation for future management opportunities. Through this 18-month development program, you will gain the experience, exposure, and mentorship needed to become a future leader within the organization. What you will do - Immerse yourself in the day-to-day operations of our Food & Beverage Division, gaining hands-on experience across multiple outlets. - Learn and embody Four Seasons service standards, creating exceptional and personalized experiences for our guests. - Work closely with leaders and team members to understand the operational, financial, and people aspects of the business. - Support the coordination of service, ensuring smooth operations and a consistently high level of guest satisfaction. - Develop leadership skills by assisting with team supervision, coaching, training, and employee engagement initiatives. - Build strong partnerships with Culinary, Rooms, and other hotel departments to deliver seamless guest experiences. - Contribute ideas and recommendations that enhance efficiency, service quality, and overall performance. - Gradually assume increasing responsibility, preparing for future management opportunities within the Food & Beverage Division.
