Siamo alla ricerca, per azienda situata a Mestre, di una persona appartenente alle categorie protette da inserire nel team con mansioni di pulizia e preparazione delle autovetture.
La risorsa si occuperà della pulizia e della preparazione dei veicoli, garantendo ordine e cura delle autovetture prima della consegna o dell'utilizzo.
La risorsa si occuperà di:
- Pulizia interna ed esterna delle autovetture
- Preparazione e riordino dei veicoli
- Cura e mantenimento dell'ordine delle autovetture
- Verifica generale delle condizioni del veicolo prima della consegna
Requisiti fondamentali:
- Appartenenza alle categorie protette ai sensi della L. 68/99
- Precisione e attenzione nella pulizia
- Affidabilità e puntualità
- Buona capacità di lavorare in autonomia

What you'll do
- Assist manager and supervisors in inspecting guest rooms, public areas, etc. after being cleaned by Housekeeper to ensure quality standards.
- Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms.
- Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities.
- Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
- Document issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk.
- Under the guidance of a supervisor, prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in assignment sheets/workboards. Communicate issues to next shift.
- Complete required paperwork.
- Use company tools, such as GXP and Opera for department operations
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures;
- Report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
- Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect.
- Support team to reach common goals.
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
- Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the Housekeeper Manager.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and the brand guidelines
What we're looking for
- You must possess the legal right to work in Italy. Valid work permit for full time role (40 hours/week).
- At least intermediate Italian and English
- Previous housekeeping supervisory experience is a big plus
- Understanding of rooms operations and luxury hospitality
- Ideally, technical knowledge of Opera
- Reliability, Motivation, attention to details
- Strong passion for luxury housekeeping standards and procedures
