As a Reservation Agent, you will oversee a range of tailor-made services for individual clients. ABOUT THE JOB In collaboration with the Host/Hostess, you will support the guest experience and ensure a warm and professional welcome. As a Junior Host/Hostess, your responsibilities will include: - Welcoming guests and ensuring a warm and personalized first impression. - Assisting the Host/Hostess with guest arrivals, seating, and guest flow throughout the service. - Supporting the organization of the seating plan according to service flow and guest volume. - Assisting with reservation requests by phone and email. - Providing information to guests and ensuring their requests are handled with care. - Contributing to delivering an excellent guest experience in collaboration with the restaurant team. | La risorsa sarà coinvolta nella predisposizione della documentazione tecnica necessaria alla partecipazione a gare d'appalto, analizzando capitolati, disciplinari e requisiti di gara. Supporterà la redazione di offerte tecniche e relazioni metodologiche, collaborando con progettisti, consulenti e imprese consorziate. Si occuperà inoltre del coordinamento delle informazioni progettuali, del monitoraggio delle tempistiche e dell'avanzamento delle attività, garantendo il rispetto delle scadenze e degli obiettivi di commessa. Fornirà supporto alle attività di project management attraverso la gestione di reportistica, cronoprogrammi, documentazione tecnica e interfaccia con i diversi interlocutori coinvolti nel progetto.
