ABOUT THE ROLE
J.K. Place Capri is seeking a passionate, experienced, and detail-driven Bartender to join its Food & Beverage team.
Reporting directly to the Bar Manager, the Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards, managing an efficient and impeccably organized bar station, and creating refined, personalized guest experiences. The role combines technical beverage expertise, intuitive service, and meticulous attention to presentation while embodying the hospitality values that define the J.K. Place experience.
The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wines and premium non-alcoholic beverages, together with the confidence to make thoughtful recommendations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and serve classic, contemporary, signature, and bespoke cocktails, as well as wines, beers, spirits, coffees, and non-alcoholic beverages, in accordance with recipes and presentation standards.
- Welcome guests warmly, take accurate orders, understand preferences, and provide informed recommendations on beverages, ingredients, and pairings.
- Deliver attentive, discreet, and personalized service while anticipating guest needs and responding professionally to special requests or concerns.
- Set up, organize, and close the bar for each service period, ensuring that equipment, glassware, ice, garnishes, ingredients, and supplies are fully prepared.
- Maintain complete and current knowledge of beverage menus, cocktail recipes, products, vintages, allergens, and seasonal or promotional offerings.
- Ensure consistent drink quality by following approved measures, preparation methods, service sequences, and designated glassware and garnishes.
- Process guest orders and payments accurately through the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain the bar, equipment, glassware, work surfaces, and storage areas in impeccable condition, following hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels, replenish products, rotate inventory correctly, minimize waste, and report shortages, breakages, or discrepancies to the Bar Manager.
- Contribute ideas for seasonal cocktails, signature serves, and beverage presentation while respecting the identity and standards of J.K. Place.
- Support beverage service across Food & Beverage outlets, including the Lounge Terrace and Pool area, whenever required.
- Collaborate closely with bar, restaurant, kitchen, and service teams to ensure smooth communication, timely delivery, and seamless guest experiences.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager and working closely with the Chef de Rang, this role supports the smooth operation of an assigned section and helps deliver an exceptional dining experience through attentive, personalized, and refined service. The Demi Chef de Rang assists with mise en place, order taking, food and beverage service, table maintenance, and coordination between the dining room, kitchen, and bar, while consistently upholding the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
